AZS-0-101 Personal Flashlight

          1 FUNCTION

          AZS-0-101 Flashlight is designed for performing primary emergency recovery and illuminating the operating areas. The Flashlight is carried by one person.

          The Flashlight is manufactured in U1* climatic modification in accordance with GOST 15150-69 Standard and is intended for operation in the temperature range from -20ºС to +40ºС.

          2.3 Service life of the Flashlight: 5 years at least.

          2.4 The Flashlight remains operational upon exposure to the following factors:

          - max ambient operating temperature (+40°C): for 2 hours at least;

          - extremely high ambient temperature (+150±5°С): for 3 minutes at least;

          - min ambient operating temperature (-20°C): for 2 hours at least;

          - high humidity (98% @ 25°C): for 6 cycles at least;

          - after exposure to rain with 5 mm/minute max intensity.

          - vibration loads in the frequency range from 10 to 80 Hz with vertical and horizontal accelerations of 1 G max;

          - vertical and horizontal shock loads with a peak acceleration value of up to 10 G and width from 2 to 15 ms.

           4 DESIGN AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

          AZS-0-101 Flashlight is a compact optomechanical device generating a narrow light flux and operating in two modes: 2500 lx min & 1500 lx min.

          The Flashlight has a special clip providing for attachment to the working clothes of rescuers.

          A warm yellow Cree LED (2700…3000K) is used as the light source.

          The Flashlight lens is generating a narrow light flux. Power is supplied by an 18650 3350mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery. In order to switch the Flashlight ON/OFF, press the button until it clicks. Switch modes by short pressing the button (without clicking). The Flashlight blinks 2 times when switching to the max brightness mode (2500 lx min) and blinks 1 time when switching to the economy mode.

          In order to charge the Flashlight battery, remove the charge port plug in the butt end of the Flashlight and connect the charger to the port. The battery charge indicator should lighten up. Red indicator = battery is charging, blue indicator = battery fully charged. As soon as the battery is fully charged, you can disconnect the charger from the Flashlight port and tight close the charge port plug.

          The Flashlight will blink once in a while for about 30 minutes when the battery charge level is low.
