Asaloda 8361 Electronically Controlled Dryer for Fruits, Vegetables and Mushrooms

          Asaloda 8361 Electric Dryer is intended for drying vegetables, fruits, berries, mushrooms and medicinal herbs at home. You can also make fruit leather in it.

          The Dryer preserves fruits, vegetables, berries and mushrooms without loss of vitamins. The drying process is similar to natural. Dried products keep their vivid natural color, aroma and taste, while medicinal herbs retain all medicinal properties and essential oils.

          Asaloda 8361 Electric Dryer comprises a base, five baking trays that are put on top of each other and a lid. The trays have a large drying surface of Ø 32.2 cm and you can install up to 10 trays into the Dryer.

          The control panel contains:

- Temperature button (to select the drying temperature)

- Time button (to select the drying time)

- Start/Stop button (to start or stop the drying program)

Temperature settings: - - (without heating), 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 ºС.

Time is set in hours with an interval: 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 16 hours.

Recommended temperature conditions for:

herbs drying: - - (without heating), 30, 40 ºС;

fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and berries drying: 50, 60, 70 ºС.

          The default drying program (60ºС temperature, 8 hours time) starts when the Start/Stop button is pressed without selecting the temperature and the drying time first.

          In order to prevent activation of the thermal switch, a forced cooling of the electric heater is provided when the drying program is completed and/or force-stopped with the Start/Stop button.

          Pressing the Temperature and Time buttons is accompanied by beeping and indication on a display.

          Pressing the Start / Stop button is accompanied by beeping and indication of the last drying parameter on the display.

          Completion of the drying program is accompanied by a series of beeps and indication on the display.

          Asaloda 8361 Electric Dryer has a built-in thermal switch deactivating the Dryer in case of overheat.

          How to use the Dryer:

          Wash, cut and lay out the products on the baking trays. For fruit leather making, lay out a thin layer of mashed fruits on the bin, then put the bin on one of the baking trays. Plug in the Dryer.

          Drying time depends on many factors like size, sugar amount and humidification of processed products, as well as humidity of the air entering the Dryer and ranges from 2 hours (greenery) to 12 hours (fruits).
