Asaloda 8360 Manually Controlled Dryer for Fruits, Vegetables and Mushrooms

Asaloda8360 Electric Dryer for fruits, vegetables and mushrooms is the winner of the contest "The Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus-2016"

          Asaloda 8360 Electric Dryer is intended for drying vegetables, fruits, berries, mushrooms and medicinal herbs at home. You can also make fruit leather in it.

          The Dryer preserves fruits, vegetables, berries and mushrooms without loss of vitamins. The drying process is similar to natural. Dried products keep their vivid natural color, aroma and taste, while medicinal herbs retain all medicinal properties and essential oils.

          Asaloda 8360 Electric Dryer comprises a base, five baking trays that are put on top of each other and a lid. The trays have a large drying surface of Ø 32 cm and you can install up to 10 trays into the Dryer.

          On the front panel of the base there is a switch and a temperature controller with smooth adjustment up to 75ºС. The electric heater deactivates automatically in case the set temperature is reached and activates in case the temperature has dropped below the set value. The controller contains the following temperature mode markings: 1 = minimal temperature (herbs and greenery drying), 2 and 3 = mushrooms, vegetables and fruits drying.

          Asaloda 8360 Electric Dryer has a built-in thermal switch deactivating the engine and the heater in case of overheat.

          How to use the Dryer: Wash, cut and lay out the products on the baking trays. For fruit leather making, lay out a thin layer of mashed fruits on the bin, then put the bin on one of the baking trays. Plug in the Dryer.

          Drying time depends on many factors like size, sugar amount and humidification of processed products, as well as humidity of the air entering the Dryer and ranges from 2 hours (greenery) to 12 hours (fruits).

          Mandatory shutdown procedure for the Dryer

1. Turn off the heating with the controller by turning it counterclockwise until it stops, while the fan continues to run.

2. In 2…3 minutes set the controller to 0 (OFF)

3. Unplug the power cord.

          Failure to follow this shutdown procedure will result in activation of the thermal switch on the hot heating element. After that, the only way to deactivate the thermal switch is by removing the bottom cover of the body in violation of the manufacturer's seal (which automatically voids the warranty) OR by contacting the service center specialists.
