KATA Ultrasonic Gas Meters are designed for measurement of consumed natural gas (see GOST 5542-2022 Standard), LPG vapor (see STB 2262-2012 Standard) or other non-aggressive gases for both production and domestic use.
Applicable scope includes housing and utilities sector, industrial and agricultural gas-consuming enterprises.
Components of the meter include a flow channel with ultrasonic sensors, an electronic module and a power supply. Classification of the meter: time-pulse ultrasonic flowmeter. The operational concept is measuring the difference in the travel time of short pulses along and against the flow.
